My Most Recommended:
If you look at nothing else on this page, these are the four that you should know about. I find myself recommending these resources again and again, in courses and on podcasts. I use them because they make my life and business easier, and I’m confident you’ll agree too.
SiteGround: They are, by far, the best web hosting company I have experienced, and I have experienced some total nightmares. They are incredibly easy to use, especially their 1-click automatic WordPress installation, and excellent customer service – via phone and via chat. I highly recommend using SiteGround to anyone who is just starting out. Click here to get a special discount off the regular price!
ConvertKit I’ve recently moved over to ConvertKit because my business needs have simply outgrown iContact. I absolutely love ConvertKit. I tried them because they were offering a lot of the advanced tools that the hugely expensive companies offer, at a fraction of the cost. Created by bloggers for bloggers, so the tools really match my needs.
LeadPages: Easily create high-quality landing pages, squeeze pages, and sales pages. LeadPages will help you convert viewers into subscribers or buyers. Best of all, it works both with WordPress and non-WordPress sites as well.

Outsource:
- Fiverr: Anything you need for just $5 bucks. My blog header, my podcast intros, and most of my design work I get from Fiverr.
- Odesk: One of my favorite places to outsource. You can pay by the hour or a fixed rate. A big advantage with Odesk is that you can monitor their work.
- Elance: Hired service for just about anything you can think of.
- Freelancer: Another outsource website for freelancers, IT companies, programmers and web designers from all over the world.
Product Distribution & Payment Processors:
- SamCart: Love SamCart because the system is easy and allows upsells. They also have a great system that allows you to set up your own affiliates.
- Paypal: This one is just ok for selling your own little products. I wouldn’t go too big with these guys.
Self-Testing Tools:
pH Testing Strips on NaturalReference.com – Most pH testing strips or tape will work fine. Just be sure you don’t get the kind where they have two different colored squares that both show pH. These seem to confuse most people.
Omron Blood Pressure Monitor on Amazon.com – You can pick up a blood pressure cuff at almost any local pharmacy, but this is the best one I’ve seen priced around $40.
10-Parameter Urinalysis Test Strips on Amazon.com – Not everyone needs these strips, but it is an excellent and inexpensive way to acquire more information about how your body may be operating. These strips can be especially helpful to get an idea if bile is flowing well or not. Seeing bilirubin or urobilinogen in these test strips can be an indicator for poor bile flow.
Supplements:
Links to easily find some of the supplements we talk about in our books, courses, and podcast episodes.
Beet Flow on NaturalReference.com – Beet Flow is used to help thin the bile so it can flow better. We hear people rave more about this product than anything else we talk about. It can only be purchased through a qualified health coach, or on NaturalReference.com.
Betaine HCL on NaturalReference.com – Unlike Beet Flow that can only be purchased on NaturalReference.com, you can find HCL in most health food stores. Just be very careful to find one that doesn’t include other ingredients. Many supplement companies will include ingredients in their HCL capsules that render the HCL worthless.
Digesti-zyme on NaturalReference.com – Digesti-zyme is our favorite digestive enzyme because it contains a very small amount of HCL, along with cofactors needed by the body to produce more of your own HCL. It does NOT contain enough HCL to replace the need for HCL, but it can help your body make more of it’s own HCL. This allows many to reduce how long they may need to supplement with HCL capsules.
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) on NaturalReference.com – Used by many to lower urine pH, or to help acidify the stool so it can move with more ease. This form of vitamin C is not used to raise the level of vitamin C in the body. For that, we use a whole food source of vitamin C, like Bio-C found on NaturalReference.com.
d-Limonene on NaEturalReference.com – Many use this natural orange peel extract to help reduce bacterial overgrowth in the stomach.
Bilex (Ox Bile that we use – replaces Bil-e-mulsion) on NaturalReference.com – This is the ox bile product we use. Often used by those who have lost their gallbladder.
Lipase Concentrate HP on Amazon.com – Used by those who feel they need more help properly processing fats. Often used by those who have lost their gallbladder.
Flower of the Ocean from Celtic Sea Salton Amazon.com – This is the sea salt that seems to be the most effective salt to help improve an Electrolyte Deficiency Imbalance.
Vital Proteins Grass-Fed Beef Collagen Peptides on Amazon.com – Excellent source of easily assimilated beef collagen.
Because the advanced supplements we use are only available to the graduates of our online Bio-individuality Coach Course, we do not list them here. They are explained in detail in that course.
